How do I know which level of swim instruction is right for my child?

What should my child bring to swim lessons?
Children should bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles (if eyes are easily irritated) and a change of clothing if desired. Parents must use cabanas on deck to change students.
What are the qualifications of your swim instructors?
Our swim instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience in teaching all age groups and skill levels. They are trained in water safety and CPR.
Am I locked into any contracts?
No, we operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, giving you flexibility with your swim lesson schedule.
Are there opportunities for parent involvement during swim lessons?
Parents are welcome to observe lessons from designated viewing areas to ensure their child’s comfort and progress. Our instructors provide regular updates on skill development and areas for improvement.
How does billing work?
We bill automatically on the 1st of each month until you decide to cancel. You will receive detailed invoices for your records.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions for multiple siblings enrolling together or other discounts?
While we do not offer discounts for multiple siblings enrolling in our swim lessons, our pricing is competitive for personalized, one-on-one instruction, which is tailored to individual needs. However, we are pleased to provide a 10% discount for first responders and military personnel upon presentation of a valid ID.
How are lessons scheduled and rescheduled?
Each student is assigned a dedicated class time that remains consistent weekly. If you need to reschedule, we allow one makeup class per month, subject to availability and our make-up rescheduling policy located under the registration tab. Makeups must be used within 30 days of the absence and prior to class cancellation. We strive to accommodate changes whenever possible to ensure consistency in learning.
How do I cancel lessons with you?
