Swim Class Makeups Policy

At Swim Corps USA, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality swim lesson experience. When you enroll your child in a class, their spot is reserved exclusively for them each week. This reservation ensures consistency and allows our staff to effectively monitor your child’s progress, irrespective of attendance.

We understand that occasional conflicts may arise. To address these situations, our Swim Class Makeups policy is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling make-up lessons. The key points of our policy are as follows:

• Each student is eligible to request ONE make-up lesson per calendar month for an absence.
  • Multiple absences within the same month do not entitle the student to multiple make-up opportunities.
  • Make-up lessons can only be scheduled after the missed class has occurred.
  • You will receive ONE make-up token for each missed lesson.
• Make-up lessons must be completed within 30 days of the missed class. For example, if your child misses a class on July 1st, the make-up lesson must be completed by August 1st.
  • If a make-up is not scheduled and completed within 30 days, the make-up token will expire and cannot be rescheduled.
• Make-ups can be scheduled via text and email. Please submit a request, and we will confirm the make-up time via email or text.
• Make-up reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
• We do not reschedule make-ups for missed make-up lessons. Any missed make-up lesson is forfeited.
• Make-up lessons cannot be transferred to other students.
• No credit or refund will be issued for missed classes.
• Make-up availability is contingent upon space and time constraints. We cannot accommodate specific teacher requests for make-up lessons.Swim Class Makeups.
• Please note: Make-up lesson availability is based on space and time availability and is NOT GUARANTEED. While we strive to accommodate all make-up requests, limited availability may pose challenges, particularly if you have specific scheduling constraintsto know more about us.

 

Reporting an Absence

Please report absence in your portal whenever possible.
